导出（Exports）

导出用于把某一时间范围的录像生成独立文件，便于下载、分享或归档。它与“直接复制录像目录中的片段”不同，导出过程会根据选定时间范围整理媒体。

导出前检查

• 确认起止时间都在录像保留期内。
• 避免一次导出过长范围，先用 5–30 分钟验证。
• 如果需要音频，确认原录像源本身包含音频并且录制输出参数保留了音轨。

失败排查

1. 检查目标时间段在 History 中能否正常播放。
2. 查看 Export/API 日志和 FFmpeg 错误。
3. 检查临时目录和最终导出目录空间。
4. 移动 App 下载失败但 Web 能导出时，进一步检查认证、反向代理路径和客户端权限。

证据归档

重要片段导出后应复制到独立存储，并记录摄像头、时间范围、导出时间和文件哈希。不要把 NVR 的普通 retention 当作长期证据保存机制。

Exports

Exports turn a selected recording time range into a standalone file for download, sharing, or archival. This is different from manually copying internal recording segments.

Before exporting

• Ensure the full range is still retained.
• Test with a 5–30 minute range before creating very long exports.
• If audio is required, verify the source recording contains audio and output settings preserve it.

Failures

1. Confirm the same time range plays in History.
2. Inspect export/API and FFmpeg logs.
3. Check temporary and destination disk space.
4. If web works but mobile download fails, inspect auth, proxy path, and client permissions.

Evidence archive

Copy important exports to independent storage and record camera, time range, export time, and file hash. Normal NVR retention is not a long-term evidence archive.

Exports convierte un rango de grabación en un archivo independiente para descargar, compartir o archivar.

Antes de exportar

• Confirme que todo el rango sigue retenido.
• Pruebe primero 5–30 minutos.
• Si necesita audio, confirme que existe en la fuente y no se elimina.

Fallos

1. Compruebe el rango en History.
2. Revise logs Export/API/FFmpeg.
3. Revise espacio temporal y de destino.
4. Si web funciona pero móvil no, revise auth, proxy y permisos.

Archivo de evidencia

Copie exportaciones importantes a almacenamiento independiente y registre cámara, rango, hora de exportación y hash.
