Explore 更适合“按对象找内容”，例如筛选 person、car、已知人脸、车牌或语义搜索结果，再查看对应快照、描述和录像。

筛选顺序

先用结构化条件缩小范围（摄像头、日期、对象、Zone），再使用人脸/LPR/语义搜索等增强条件。这样速度更快，也更容易判断结果是否正确。

快照与录像

Explore 中看到的最佳快照和录像并非一定有相同保留期。如果快照还在但录像已被清理，应检查 record retention，而不是认为 Explore 出错。

AI 增强字段

Face、LPR、GenAI description、semantic embedding 等结果可能在事件发生后异步生成。刚发生的事件可能先出现，稍后才补充增强信息。

结果不完整

检查增强服务是否运行、对应模型是否加载、历史索引是否建立完成，并确认事件本身仍在保留期内。

Explore

Explore is object-centric discovery: filter people, vehicles, recognized faces, plates, or semantic-search matches and inspect their snapshots, descriptions, and recordings.

Filtering strategy

Start with structured filters such as camera/date/object/zone, then add face, LPR, or semantic criteria. This is faster and easier to validate.

Snapshots vs recordings

Snapshots and recordings may have different retention periods. A snapshot can remain after the associated video has expired.

AI enrichment

Face, LPR, GenAI descriptions, and embeddings may be generated asynchronously. A new item can appear before all enrichment fields are available.

Missing enrichment

Verify the enrichment service/model, indexing status, and that the underlying event is still retained.

Explore

Explore sirve para descubrir por objetos: personas, vehículos, caras, matrículas o resultados semánticos, junto con capturas y grabaciones.
