通知

通知把检测/Review 事件变成用户可见的提醒。通知是否可靠取决于三部分：事件规则是否命中、后端是否生成通知、客户端/集成是否有权限接收。排查时要按这三层拆开。

先定义“什么值得通知”

只对需要立即处理的对象/区域发送实时通知。
对高频区域增加 Zone、对象类别或时间条件，避免告警疲劳。
把普通活动留给 Review，不要全部变成 Push。

通知内容

通知可携带摄像头、时间、对象、区域、缩略图或跳转链接。若通知能收到但图片加载失败，通常是媒体 URL、认证或反向代理访问问题。

移动端/浏览器检查

确认客户端已允许系统通知。
确认用户已登录且 token/订阅有效。
测试应用在前台和后台。
经过反向代理时确认公开 URL 与证书可被客户端访问。

Home Assistant / MQTT

对于自动化场景，可使用 MQTT/HA 集成根据事件字段决定是否发送通知。这样可以实现“某人进入 driveway 才通知”“夜间检测到车辆才通知”等更细规则。

常见问题

事件有但完全无通知：检查规则与通知服务日志。
只有外网收不到：检查域名、TLS、Push 服务/FCM/APNs 与网络出口。
通知有文字无图：检查图片接口认证和外部可访问地址。

Notifications

Notifications turn events into user-facing alerts. Reliability depends on three layers: the event rule must match, the backend must create/deliver a notification, and the client/integration must be authorized to receive it.

Choose what deserves an alert

Send immediate alerts only for actionable object/zone conditions.
Add zone, class, or time constraints in high-traffic scenes.
Leave routine activity in Review instead of pushing everything.

Payloads

Alerts may include camera, time, object, zone, image, and deep link. If text arrives but the image fails, inspect media URLs, authentication, and reverse-proxy reachability.

Client checks

Allow OS/browser notifications.
Confirm login and push subscription/token.
Test foreground and background delivery.
Verify the public HTTPS URL is reachable from the client.

Home Assistant / MQTT

Automation platforms can apply richer conditions, for example only a person in driveway or a vehicle at night.

Common problems

Event exists but no alert: inspect rule and notification-service logs.
Only remote delivery fails: inspect DNS/TLS/push-service network access.
Text arrives, image fails: inspect media authentication and external URL.

Notificaciones

Las notificaciones convierten eventos en avisos. Dependen de que la regla coincida, el backend entregue y el cliente tenga permiso/suscripción.

Deje actividad rutinaria en Review.

Contenido

Puede incluir cámara, hora, objeto, zona, imagen y enlace. Si llega texto sin imagen, revise URL, autenticación y proxy.

Cliente

Permita notificaciones.
Compruebe login/token.
Pruebe foreground/background.
Compruebe URL HTTPS pública.

Home Assistant/MQTT

Permiten reglas avanzadas por zona, objeto u horario.

Problemas

Evento sin aviso: revise regla/logs.
Falla solo fuera: DNS/TLS/servicio push.
Texto sin imagen: media/auth/URL externa.
